Integrity
See Ronnie Oldham wiki http://ronnieoldham.com/integrity.htm

"The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts. Think only on those things that are in line with your principles and can bear the full light of day. The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you choose, what you think, and what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny…it is the light that guides your way."
                                                                                                                                Heraclitus,
                                                                                                                                Greek Poet and Philosopher

Integrity is the courage to stand up for one's beliefs, even when doing so is unpopular. It is established in a demonstrated consistency of character and is guided by an unchanging moral and ethical compass. Integrity is more than just treating people as I want to be treated myself. It is doing what I know in my heart is just and right. Integrity is being forthright about my purpose and acting in a manner than is fair and just for all concerned. True integrity is a trait many claim, but few actually live out their principles in the face of criticism. Nonetheless, it remains a highly prized human quality in all walks of life.
